the vestibular wines You may have grasped that we do not sell individual bottles-- it is an aspect of the Project that we ask you to support all of what we do at once rather than picking and choosing from among what we make. In that respect, this is hardly an online store. At the moment, we offer members of the mailing list a package of each of the wines in a release (at the moment, this is 12 wines), twice per year. We also offer a double package. Each one of these is sold at a discount of about 30% less than retail, and we pay for the shipping. In the future, we will simply offer you a subscription; you will pick the number of bottles that you want to receive each year, and we will bill you and ship them without asking you any more questions. The wines will simply arrive.
These wines are vestibular because they offer you an entrée and a welcome to the Project. The smallest production wines of the last release are nearly sold out. But we have put together a package for you that provides an excellent and comprehensive introduction to the project.This package includes four wines from the present release and four important wines from previous releases that are essential to understanding what we do-- in particular the Prince in his Caves (as skin-fermented Sauvignon Blanc) and Bricco Babelico (a Petite Sirah grown by the Tenbrinks in Suisun Valley; aged 3 years in barrel without intervention). They are also especially delicious.
